M1 1600 Turbo

M1 1600cc Normally Aspirated
it had a JR CAT back, 2" CAT replacement pipe, K&N air filter with 14 degrees timing.
Peak power 122bhp, peak torque 110lb/ft at the flywheel

As above but with AVO Turbo and MoTeC M4 Pro at 0.5 (7.25 psi) BAR Boost
This is after we added our AVO Turbo kit with 320bhp turbo. The same JR exhaust and CAT replacement pipe was used.
Peak power 199bhp, peak torque 179lb/ft at the flywheel

AVO Turbo kit and MoTeC M4 Pro at 0.4 (5.8 psi) BAR Boost
Back on the dyno we changed the exhaust to a turbo exhaust and added a 2.5" CAT replacement pipe. The exhaust has little back pressure and we made adjustments to the previously conservative timing curve. Intake temperatures were around 12-15 degrees Centigrade. No boost control valve was used.
Peak power 209bhp, peak torque 183lb/ft at the flywheel

AVO Turbo kit and MoTeC M4 Pro at 0.6 (8.7 psi) BAR Boost
As above but with more boost!
Peak power 229bhp, peak torque 203lb/ft at the flywheel

AVO Turbo kit and MoTeC M4 Pro at 0.75 (10.8 psi) BAR Boost
Our final run. The graph states peak boost of 0.8BAR, but the data log showed only 0.75BAR
Peak power 240bhp, peak torque 217lb/ft at the flywheel

M2 1800 JRSC

M2 1800cc with Jackson Racing Supercharger
Standard Jackson Racing kit with IL Motorsports dual exhaust. Peak boost was just under 5psi.
Peak power 190bhp, peak torque 150lb/ft at the flywheel

As above but with MoTeC M4 Pro
A Pace chargecooler and 60mm nose pulley was also added. Peak boost was 6.5psi. Nearly 40 lb/ft of torque was added as well as moving the torque curve lower down in the rev range.
Peak power 203bhp, peak torque 178lb/ft at the flywheel

M2.5 1800 Turbo

M2.5 1800cc with AVO turbo kit
MoTeC M4 Pro, FM CAT and FM Dual. Peak boost 8psi
Peak power 210bhp, peak torque 176lb/ft at the flywheel

As above but with more boost

Peak power 232bhp, peak torque 193lb/ft at the flywheel

Boost was increased to 11.5psi in the mid range falling to 9psi by redline

Peak power 249bhp, peak torque 211lb/f torque at the flywheel
