Hydra Nemesis EMS

We've been chasing the Hydra for sometime now, even before it was known in it's current form. We knew from the start that it was going to be a powerful ECU with all the features we wanted and now it's available in the UK exclusively from P5 for the MX-5 fitment. Initially it will be available for the 1999-2000 and 2001+ models but will be rolled out to incorporate the 1990-97 and 2006 models.

The ECU has been applied to a number different vehicles and therefore comes with a MX-5 specific wiring loom for easy Plug & Play installation and uses the factory sensors. Some of the advanced features are listed below:

Up to 8 sequential injector (low impedance) and coil drivers
On board 3 BAR MAP sensor
32x32 (Load vs RPM) fuel and spark map
Individual cylinder fuel and spark trim
Switchable maps via in car control
Narrowband closed loop EGO control
Wideband closed loop EGO control (requires sensor) and Autotuning
Intelligent closed loop correction
Knock closed loop control (requires sensor for 1990-97 models)
Air temperature compensation (requires sensor)
16 User defined PWM outputs for boost control, cam timing, water injection, intercooler sprays, etc etc
Onboard datalogging

Thankfully, the ECU comes with an affordable price tag of £1,095.00 including an air temperature sensor.
